Pay-It-Forward Partner Program
With our “Pay-It-Forward Partner Program,” philanthropic organizations and private sector individuals fund the initial cost of homes such as construction financing. Upon the completion of the home, GHF-UN preapproved local banks provide individual home financing. The GHF advances are then returned to GHF for the purpose of funding the construction of another GHF-UN home. In this manner, the Pay-It-Forward funding acts as seed money for the next home to be constructed
Developer Partner Program
The “Developer Partner Program” is tailored around the special needs of real estate developers and is specifically designed to deliver project benefits and enhancements that directly transfer into value-added components for housing projects. As a GHF Developer Partner, you can brand the project as such and therefore benefits from the positive public impact that showcases their contribution to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Sponsor a Home
The GHF “Sponsor a Home” support program is a wonderful opportunity to impact the life of a family and is a unique opportunity for you to make a global investment in humanity while being socially responsible. The program will make a significant difference for those who need it most by providing a home to a family who would normally not have that opportunity. Customized to a donor’s needs, this unique opportunity provides enormous and continuous benefits for years to come. In addition to individual home sponsorships, several corporate opportunities are available for sponsorship of more than one home. A program for in-kind donations is also available.

GHF can custom tailor a dontaion or sponsorship program according to your needs.

By participating in the GHF Memorialization Program, you will be creating a legacy of sentimental value focused on social responsibility which will make a difference, last for years and be a living reminder of the recipient.
I remember one woman in particular. For me, she represents the power of a program like this. After her home was built and she’d finished painting. I passed by her house one day as we were inspecting some ongoing work. She invited us in for coffee, and she said the most extraordinary thing to me: ‘Thank you for giving me back my son.’ What did she mean? ‘Before,’ she told me, ‘my teenage son was too ashamed even to come back at night. He was sleeping in the park instead, missing school. When he saw we were getting this house, he came back to us. I have my son again.
